This gray Lowepro Pro Whistler RL 400 AW II is a rugged rolling camera case that can comfortably and securely carry your mobile photo studio while meeting carry-on requirements for most international and US airlines. A two-stage telescoping handle which extends from the top of the Whistler RL 400 AW II and a pair of integrated, in-line skate wheels along the bottom of this rolling case allow for ease when moving its contents through airports, hotels, or parking lots. Inside the main compartment is a removable equipment insert that features an adjustable partition system that can hold a large DSLR with an attached 70-200mm lens, seven additional lenses, and a shoe mount flash or a backup camera. Alternatively, the removable equipment insert can be configured for a DSLR or mirrorless camera with a 70-200mm f/2.8 lens, four to five additional lenses, as well as a folding drone kit.
Complete access to the rolling case's main compartment is provided by a front-facing zippered panel with a 180° downward opening. Along the inside of the front panel that faces the main compartment are two zippered organizer pockets for portable batteries, memory cards, hard drives, or other small electronics. The outside of the front panel also unzips halfway to reveal multiple pockets for a 15" laptop, a 10" tablet computer, as well as their cords and power adapters. Positioned above the rolling case's base, the laptop and tablet computer pockets help minimize the effect of any bumps or shocks upon their contents. Along the outside of the front panel, dual compression straps with convenient side-release buckles allow a tripod, monopod or folded apparel to be fastened against the front or side of the Pro Whistler RL 400 AW II.
Aside from its telescoping top handle, the Pro Whistler RL 400 AW II additional handles for flexibility during transport include a non-telescoping top handle, a side handle, and a bottom foot stand with an integrated handle that makes it easier to pick up and place the rolling case into airplane overhead bins or into car trunks. Featuring durable polyester and nylon construction with a rigid back panel for enhanced durability, the Pro Whistler RL 400 AW II is built to be weather resistant and includes a seam-sealed cover for use under heavy rain.
